break

we all need a break. we all need rest from the constant toiling. we all need to relax from the constant stress. and what better way to spend a break when you're doing that one thing that you'd love to do?

in my case, it's running. nothing beats running. nothing beats pounding the ground with your body and releasing all the stress back to the world. nothing beats sweating at the cold of dawn. nothing beats the sound of my jacket swishing and swooshing as i sway my arms to balance my footwork. nothing beats a good break from a long period of stasis.

but when you've been doing nothing but relaxing when you should be working, when you've been bumming your ass when you should have been moving about, then one still needs a break - a different kind of break that is - you need to break a leg.

one of the reasons i was not able to update this side of the blogging coin was due to too much relaxation. a note from one of my teachers the other day woke me up to the situation. yep. i should be working. it's good - no, it's great - to play and have fun. but there's a time and place for everything. with the end of the semester fast approaching, it is definitely not the time to play.

i wonder what would have happened if i took the p&g test? hmm... another what if in life brought to you by r-jay.

anyways, i don't see myself in p&g. it's not the type of company that could exploit my potential. i'd rather give it to someone more deserving. how about you? what kind of company would you like to be in?
